Where are your trading servers located?

Our NY4 Equinix trading servers are located on Wall Steet, New York in the USA. This allows us to offer up to 2-5 millisecond execution speed and institutional security for client funds. Also we uses 14 different Tier 1 banks for its liquidity and pricing. We take the best bid/ask prices across these banks and offer them to our clients through the award winning Metatrader 4 software.

How do i deposit/withdraw in Harvest?

From your client portal, you can deposit funds from the selection on the left hand side.

Harvest Group offers several different funding options including Moneybookers/Skrill, Neteller, China Union, Fasapay , Wire Transfer, and Credit Card.

How long does it take for deposit and withdrawal?

Most withdrawals and deposit are processed within 2 hours in working days. Please allow time for the transfer to go through. Usually by bank wire, this takes up to 3 working days.The transaction on weekend will move forward on the reset business day .

Are there any fees for Withdrawing funds?

No. We does not charge clients with any fees for withdrawals. Please note that intermediary financial institutions, like merchant providers, may charge fees on any withdrawals made under Harvest Group accounts.

It is possible to transfer money from one trading account to another trading account?

Yes, this is possible. You can request an internal transfer between two trading accounts, but only if both accounts have been opened under your name and if both trading accounts have been validated

Can i withdraw my money anytime?

Yes .In order to withdraw funds, your trading account must be validated. This means that first you need to upload your documents in our Members Area. And please make sure you dont have any posisitions in market. But for IB’s withdrawal may only withdraw once per day.

How can i make a complaint ?

Do i have to provide any documents to Harvest?

Yes, in accordance with AML and FCA regulations, we require a copy of your proof of identification and a proof of address to open a live account.

Please ensure they are less than 2mb in size and are in pdf or jpg format.

  • Your ID or proof of identification can be your passport, driver’s license or a national identity card.
  • Your proof of address can be a current utilities bill (phone, water electricity) or a bank statement.
  • We do not accept expired documentation.The document must contain your name, surname, residential address and it has to have been issued within the last 3 months.

Which country do you accept for registration?

How can i open a trading account?

It is simple and quick. Click OPEN LIVE ACCOUNT  in your client area , fill in the form and upon completion you will receive an email with your login details that you can use to log in to our secure Members Area. For opening an additional you need to request and make sure you have enough fund at your wallet balance.

Can i use EA for trading?

Yes, you can use any and all EA’s (Expert Advisors) available by third party providers (provided that they are legal and fall under our terms and conditions). We does not restrict the use of any strategy or EA. Please note we do not provide support for EA installation nor do we advise on which EA to use.Our latest version build from metaquotes might give you error loading your EA or Indicator .

Where can i view my trading history?

The trading history can be seen by clicking on the Account History tab in the Terminal, at the lower part of your MetaTrader 4 platform. You can also modify your view timeframes and access reporting features by right clicking on any row in your account history view.

What happen if your chart keep shows loading?

Make Sure You Click Show All On The Market Watch, You need to find the pair that has h symbol only(For STD).. For example eurusdh .
